I seek a higher resolution in the areas where there is full resolution, before the zoom level causes additional pixelation. I am looking for other programs with higher resolution possible, but would love to know if there is a way to increase the resolution in 2D fractals using Fraqtive.
Once you reach certain zoom level the images become pixelated because the numerical precision of calculations in Fraqtive is limited.

*Open Fraqtive
*Render Image
*Toolbar
*Advanced options
*Increase Detail Level.
Note that Images will take longer to render when the detail level is higher. and like Michal said there is a limit to how far you can zoom.
